How to Setup Multiple Pricing for certain customers

give all league players a 10% discount off green fee rates if they play outside of league times.

Step 1: Create a Multiple Pricing Level

  1. Click “Admin”

  2. Click “Items and Departments” Preview 

  3. Click “Multiple Pricing Setup" Preview 

  4. Click “Add Pricing Level” Preview 

  5. Type in the Description. Preview 

  6. Select the Discount Type from the drop-down. Preview 

  7. Type in the discount Value. Preview 

  8. Select the customer types that receive the discount and click the arrow to add them to the Associated Types. Preview 

  9. Click "Save" Preview 

 

Step 2: Apply the Pricing Level to Items

 

You have two options for applying pricing levels to a particular item. You are able to apply a level to an entire department or to individual items if you choose.

 

 

Applying a Pricing Level to a Department:

You have the option to apply multiple pricing to an entire department or sub-department in the POS. 

 

  1. Click “Admin”

  2. Click “Items and Departments” Preview 

  3. Click “Edit Department” Preview 

  4. Select the department you want to apply pricing to.  

  5. Click “Set Default Multiple Pricing” Preview 

  6. Select the Pricing Level you wish to apply. 

  7. Click the arrow button to add the level to the Pricing for This Item list. Preview 

  8. Click “Ok” Preview 

  9. Click “Update Items With Defaults” Preview 

  10. Select the check box beside 'Multiple Pricing'. Note: you need to check the box beside whatever default you want to update your items with. Preview 

  11. Click “Ok” Preview 

  12. Click “Yes” to confirm.

  13. Click "Ok"

  14. Click “Save” Preview 

 

 

Apply a Multiple Pricing Level to an Item:

Multiple pricing can also be applied to a specific item rather than an entire department or sub department. 

 

  1. Click “Admin”

  2. Click “Items and Departments” Preview 

  3. Select the department or sub-department the item being edited is in.

  4. Select the item being edited.

  5. On the Inventory and Pricing Tab select “Multiple Pricing”. Preview 

  6. Select the Pricing Level you wish to apply. 

  7. Click the arrow button to add the level to the Pricing for This Item list. Preview 

  8. Click “Save” Preview 

  9. Click “Save”
